Frequently Asked Questions
How much experience do I need to get started?
Whether you have no previous experience following a training program or are an intermediate lifter looking to optimize your training and get better results, I have different training systems to meet your starting point. The program will be tailored to your needs, ensuring you’re at the right level for progress.
Online Coaching: I’m not confident with my technique, how can you ensure that I exercise correctly without you being there in person?
Solid technique and safety are the cornerstones of my approach. I have a 0% injury rate if you follow my training program and feedback. Here’s how I ensure you exercise safely and effectively:
- Live online sessions where we focus on technique
- Video guidance for all sessions you carry out without me
- Feedback and technique analysis via the videos you send me
- Progressing at the right pace for you — building up to more complex exercises as your muscles, joints, and technique are ready.
Online personal training sessions? How does that work?
The intent is the same as if we were training in person. I guide you through movements, equip you with knowledge and confidence that you’re executing every exercise with the highest level of technique. This ensures efficiency in your results and minimizes the risk of injury. Plus, I give you that extra mental push when it’s time to break a new record!
Do I need access to the gym or can I exercise from home?
You can train at home, at the gym, or a combination of both. Your program will be adjusted to keep you consistent and progressing — no matter what your situation or travel plans are.
I have a very demanding schedule, do I need to commit to a fixed number of weekly sessions?
Not at all! I adjust the frequency and length of training sessions based on your current schedule. Some clients train 4 times per week, while others do 2 or 3 workouts. Sessions can vary from 30 minutes for when you’re pressed for time to 45–60 minutes on normal days. For most people, a minimum of 2.5–3 hours per week dedicated to training is needed to see significant results. Intensity and frequency can also be adjusted for any additional physical demands you may have (e.g., hiking, yoga, stress, etc.).
Do you use a coaching app? How can I track my progress?
Yes, once you sign up, you’ll receive an invitation to a coaching platform (app). You’ll be able to access and track every session, monitor progress in strength, mastering new skills, and body composition — all to ensure that we’re moving in the right direction each month.
Does your coaching service include nutrition support?
I will teach you how to eat in a way that helps you feel, look, and perform at your best. This includes flexible strategies and adjusted recipes to fit your preferences and lifestyle. No unsustainable, boring meal plans — together, we’ll develop new habits for life in both training and nutrition.
What if I’ve never worked with a coach before?
No problem! Many of my clients start with no formal training background. I’ll meet you where you are, provide guidance, and help you build up gradually. Whether you’re starting from scratch or building on some experience, I’ll tailor your program accordingly.
How flexible is the coaching program?
Very flexible! Life happens — travel, work, injuries, busy weeks — and your program can be adjusted. We focus on consistency, not perfection, so your coaching plan will work around your life, not the other way around.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results depend on your goals, consistency, and effort, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident. Whether you want to improve strength, lose weight, or just feel better in your daily life, we’ll set realistic milestones and work toward them step-by-step.
Not sure which coaching format is right for me?
That’s what the free call is for! We’ll talk about your goals, schedule, and preferences, and I’ll recommend the best option. No pressure — just clarity.
No pressure. No sales pitch.
Just a conversation about where you're at, what you need, and how I might be able to help.
If it’s the right fit, we go from there.
